50 gr plain flour
125 gr cream for cooking
50 gr sugar
2 eggs yolk
1 tbs lemon juice
50 gr passionfruit pulp
- Preheat oven 180’.
- Pour cream for cooking, sugar, egg, egg yolks and lemon juice into a big bowl.
- Using electric mixer, mixed it until all come together well. Add plain flour.
- Pour passionfruit pulp into the batter. Mixed well.
- Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until set.
- Ready to serve
